Fully built Yamaha R6 Engine with exclusive FTZ Hi-velocity porting, combustion chamber & head modifications with FTZ special shape oversize stainless steel valves. Cams degreed & shimmed, w / modified cam sprockets. A Kevlar Racing Clutch and springs are installed and the engine is blueprint assembled and ready to bolt in and race. FTZ modified Carbs with custom FTZ pleated Air Filters
Comes with the Stock Box, the Hot Box, and all wiring cut down by FTZ, as well as the entire fuel system.


Engine package new price without added options was 7495.00

Additional engine options listed below, added thousands of dollars more to the price.

Motor Options: added to motor package when we had the engine built

Level-2 Headwork and Hi Velocity Port work: A full 20% Airflow increase!

Drain plug relocation and welding: This keeps the drain plug from being knocked off, losing the oil and destroying the motor.

Oiling system & Transmission work: 4th, 5th, 6th gear are removed and replaced with spacers. Shift drum is locked out and transmission oiling system is modified to increase oil pressure.

Transmission gear upgrade: Redesigned later model gears are installed to eliminate missed shifts and damaged transmission dogs, which can also put metal particles through the motor, causing more damage.

New Oil pump

FTZ Timing rotor for '99-'02 R6 ignitions with "Hot Box". This is a rotor FTZ designed especially for R6's using the "Hot Box" reworked ECU. This rotor will advance the timing to the exact specs that made the best power in FTZ dyno testing. Better throttle response and better starts with this rotor as well as an overall power increase.

"Hot Box" Ignition ECU: This is the popular modified ignition box that allows the engine to turn over a 1000 rpm more than the stock box. To be used with FTZ special timing rotor above.
